Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the item in its original packaging and unused within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please email us within 30 days at becky.goudy@gmail.com to request return authorization and procedure before returning your item(s). We are unable to return items without prior authorization. Failure to obtain this authorization before returning items will result in a 20% restocking fee. In the event of an exchange, items must be in our receipt before we can ship the exchanged items. Exchanges must also request a return authorization before processing.

MomAgenda Items Because of the seasonal nature of MomAgenda products, we are unable to return or exchange MomAgenda items that have been removed from their original shrink-wrapped packaging. In order to obtain a full refund on MomAgenda products, you must request return authorization within 30 days, and the product must still be in its original shrink-wrapped packaging.

At this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping, so if an item is returned, we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping.
