How will my Baby Bunch arrive?
All Baby Bunches are carefully placed in a presentation box and packed in an outer shipping carton.
How will my Baby Bunch Bucket arrive?
All bucket bunches are enhanced with fabric, wood rosebuds and leaves, placed in a bucket wrapped in cellophane, tied with a ribbon and completed with a gift tag.
How will my Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket ship?
All Baby Bunches and Baby Bunch Buckets ship via premium carrier, and will arrive promptly based on the method of shipping you choose. Baby Bunches and Baby Bunch Buckets ship the next business day if ordered by 9pm CT. For example, if you order a Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket on Monday by 9 pm CT, it will ship Tuesday. If you order a Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket on Friday, it will ship the following Monday. If you order a Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship the following Monday.
How do I unwrap the Baby Bunch?
Simply pull the clothing out of the bud. This works well for the t-shirts, socks, bib and hat. If you have the medium or large bunch with the onesies, you will need to carefully unwrap them from the green tape. Simply unravel the green tape and you should easily be able to release the onesie. DO NOT use scissors or knives to cut the tape. You don't need to use them. We cannot accept returns for damaged items that have been cut. No exceptions.
When you have removed all of the clothing you will be left with a lasting bouquet of fabric, paper and wood rosebuds and leaves to save as a keepsake.
What if there is something wrong with my Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket?
If your Bunch or Bucket arrives damaged, please email us at: becky.goudy@gmail.com, to request return authorization. We are happy to work with you and want to make sure that your items are of the highest quality.
What if I don’t like my Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket?
We’re sure you’re going to love it—but if you don’t, email us at: becky.goudy@gmail.com to request return authorization. You have 30 days to decide to keep your Baby Bunch or Baby Bunch Bucket. However, these items can only be returned if they can be restocked. This means that they must not be opened or disassembled in any way.
